The following is our standard pet policy and applies only to the rentals that we manage.

No potentially aggressive, destructive or dangerous breed of dogs including Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Boxers, or Dalmatians allowed. All dogs must be licensed and tenant must carry a tenant insurance policy. Felines must be fixed. Any pet other than dog or cat must be in a cage/aquarium at all times. Limit of two pets. Allowable pets are up to owner's discretion and each owner may have policies that are stricter than what is listed here.

Pet restrictions do not apply to assistive living animals.

Each adult (anyone 18 or over) will be required to fill out an application.

You will also need to provide a copy of two most recent pay stubs for each applicant. If self employed, two years tax returns required.

The application fee is $35.00 per adult. Attached to the application is and ACH Payment form that you can use to pay the fee.
