Pet Policy
The following is our standard pet policy and applies to the rentals that we manage.
No potentially aggressive, destructive or dangerous breed of dogs including Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Boxers, or Dalmatians allowed. All dogs must be licensed and tenant must carry a tenant insurance policy. Felines must be fixed. Any pet other than dog or cat must be in a cage/aquarium at all times. Limit of two pets. Allowable pets are up to owner’s discretion and each owner may have policies that are stricter than what is listed here.
Pet restrictions do not apply to assistive living animals.
